Creative Director, Graphic Designer, Artist, Sculptor, Project manager.

At Jackson Pacific, my role focused on creative leadership, product design, and operational execution, with no involvement in digital or marketing strategy. I led an in-house design team and supported freelance designers, ensuring consistent quality, clear creative direction, and efficient workflows across all projects. I was responsible for designing a wide range of retail and tourism products, balancing creativity with production requirements, cost considerations, and brand standards.

I worked directly with the company owner, sales team, and high-profile clients to translate business objectives into commercially successful products. This included collaborating with well-known brands and destinations such as Graceland, Dollywood, Wall Drug, Bass Pro Shops, and the Kennedy Space Center, among many others. I also coordinated closely with overseas manufacturers in China and Taiwan, overseeing timelines, approvals, and quality control to ensure products met specifications and delivery deadlines. In addition, I managed schedules and production standards while supporting the needs of both in-house and freelance designers, ensuring every project moved smoothly from concept through final delivery.

2D & 3D Poly Kitchen Magnet and Ornament Design

At Jackson Pacific, I specialized in the design and development of highly detailed 2D and 3D poly resin kitchen magnets and Christmas ornaments created specifically for souvenir and destination gift shops across the United States. Each product began as precision vector artwork developed in Adobe Illustrator, followed by detailed color refinement in Adobe Photoshop. I then hand-sculpted the final physical models before submitting them to overseas manufacturing partners in China for production, ensuring accuracy and consistency from concept through manufacturing.

From digital design, I transitioned concepts into hand-sculpted 3D originals, creating physical masters that were approved for casting and production mold creation. This end-to-end workflow—spanning research, digital design, sculpting, and manufacturing preparation—ensured accuracy, consistency, and scalability for overseas production. By managing every stage of the design-to-mold process, I delivered high-quality poly resin products that met customer specifications, production constraints, and long-term reordering standards for the souvenir and gift shop market.

Because these products were hand-painted and limited to an eight-color palette, every design required careful planning to maximize detail while staying within production constraints. By pushing the limits of what was possible within those restrictions, I helped create some of the most detailed poly magnets and ornaments available in the souvenir market. I designed and sculpted hundreds of SKUs produced in high minimum order quantities

In addition to magnets and ornaments, I designed a broad range of poly resin souvenir products including picture frames, bells, plates, and thimbles. This role required close collaboration with company leadership, sales teams, and overseas manufacturers to meet pricing targets, maintain strict quality standards, and ensure on-time delivery—resulting in durable, high-performing souvenir products trusted by gift shops nationwide.
